Reading Buddies and Number Partners - Teacher Evaluation

Thank you for taking the time to evaluate the programme you have taken part in. This will help us to make things better for teachers and pupils and help us to recruit support for schools from the business community. Please fill out this form if you are a teacher who has taken part in the programme. This is not the form for co-ordinators. If you have been both a co-ordinator and also experienced the programme in your role as a teacher then please complete both evaluations.

Mentoring Impact Evaluation (completed by School Co-ordinators)

This is the form to record the impact of the Ablaze Mentoring intervention on the students taking part (the mentees) - You will need to complete one for each student taking part - after a number of experiments we have learnt that dong one at a time rather than any other more clever implementation works best for the person filling it out
